Why?
Because of that simple signal of getting light in the morning that your body really needs in order to know that the day begins.
So that would be my argument is that we're missing these opportunities to basically make our body work the way that it's supposed to because of the modern world.
There are things that you can do that I'm of the belief you will start to feel the difference in the very first day.
What I just described with the sunlight exposure, I really believe that on the very first day you will notice more energy.
That being said, this is a message of hope and optimism.
The choices that we make with our food will start to impact our microbiome by tomorrow.
