right we're going to take it as far as we can with diet and lifestyle and then we're going to tweak it and perfect it with supplements and then we still have the medications on the back end which are really to me intended to be you use them if you need them but that's not our primary strategy that's our that's our fallback strategy if we really need them yeah like from my perspective that the supplement industry has made so many great strides in the last

You got to keep it that way, right? So to me, prioritizing your gut health is part of what you should be doing on all of these levels.
