And to me, if it's a one-time deal where you had an issue, but yet you can go back to the food and feel okay, A one-time deal, I wouldn't make that much of it. With whole grains, wheat, barley, and rye are the ones that are high FODMAP. So farro is actually a form of wheat. You wouldn't necessarily realize that, but farro is a form of wheat. But sorghum is actually gluten-free. And so sorghum actually should be low FODMAP. So I think it's not the FODMAPs. I think it's just like the fiber and your body getting adjusted to it.
