So in the same way that I think about exercise, where, you know, look, if I hurt my knee, right, I could create an approach where I never feel pain in my knee for the rest of my life. And that would be by laying on the couch. And the problem is that I suffer the consequences of making a choice where I'm not actually challenging myself to restore that functional ability again.

Whereas healing the knee can be done, working with a physical therapist, can be done in a way where you attempt to reduce the exposure to symptoms. You're not just gritting through it. You're working through it, but in that journey, there might be some discomfort along the way, right? And then you ultimately restore that functional ability so that you can get back to playing basketball again.

So with the carnivore diet, this is the ultimate elimination diet. To me, there's not really such a thing as eliminating more than this because if you're going true 100% animal-based carnivore, then there are no plant-based foods in your diet at all.
