obviously destroys the love for the game, the things you can actually learn from sports, the great things about friendships and effort and all these types of things.
So you see both ends of the spectrum.
And then you see the other kids kind of in the middle who have like, you know, kind of like neutral parents, kind of like you are like, yeah, go do it, go do the thing.
And we'll, we'll see how it goes.
But then you have even now, like, I don't know, just in the baseball world, I see it's like eight, nine year olds are getting ranked parents.
Parents are paying the like the organizations to rank their kids more.
And it's like, holy shit, you're taking away the thing that's supposed to be cool about sports, which is like the fun of being a kid running around with their friends.
And like it can get serious at a certain point.

eight or nine or 10 or even 11 like come on it's like the whole joy of that is like learning the right lessons and having boys being able to run around and be boys and like you know whatever the case may be obviously it's good for girls too but i don't know that experience well enough to to speak on it but um i also see that also and so i don't know if you're gonna maybe coach your son if he plays sports uh but you might uh you might see that in a few years

We have an A team and a B team, okay?
And there's this one kid who's on the cusp.
He's pretty good.
He could probably play on the A team, but he'll get very limited amount of playing time.
Very limited.
