Summer is coming. I like all of that. So I just feel like, yeah, it's a mental thing. And... you have to prioritize your health. You have to prioritize your wellness. And I always be thinking about, like, damn, when I was in my 20s, if I would have took my fitness journey more seriously then, my body would be even more teet. Crazy. Even more fire right now.
So it's just like, you know, it's something that you have to prioritize. It's about... Do you want to be the same? Because we all might live to be like 70 or 80, but what do you want to be doing in your 70s and 80s? Do you want to be a person that can walk around, that can move around on your own without assistance? Or do you want to be somebody that has to have a walker?

But I think I'm more so going to post my before and afters from when I first started my fitness journey in 2022 to now. Because I feel like it's much more of a drastic change from then to now that people can see me. from January when I did 75 hard to now because my body was already T when I started the 75 hard. You can definitely see my abs more now.

They are. They're definitely way more defined now, and I think that's probably the most physical change that you can see. But, I mean, as far as, like, my shape and my waist and stuff, I feel like it's the same. But from 2022 to now, it's a big difference because I've lost, like, 15, 16 pounds. Yeah. Well, not big, but I carry my weight a little different because I'm taller. And then like right now, like I weighed myself this morning, I'm 172 right now. So I pretty much lost 30 pounds since from January till now.
