Chapter 2: What were the challenges and benefits of completing the 75 Hard challenge?
You know what I'm saying?
Okay. Another year. Another tourist season. Another tourist season. You see we got the birthday cupcakes. It's your 34th year on this earth. And if y'all didn't know, April 22nd is also Earth Day. It is. It is Earth Day every year. April 22nd is Earth Day. So you're 34 years on this earth. How are you feeling? You just ended your 75 hard. You've done an amazing job. Thank you.
75 days, no liquor, working out. You got a six pack now. I do. You're looking good.
How you feeling?
I feel great. I feel amazing. Like, I feel so unstoppable. I feel so empowered. I was just saying this the other day. I just dropped another vlog on my YouTube channel. Well, not vlog, but a video. And it was kind of like a life update. And I was just saying how empowered I feel and unstoppable I feel from doing this challenge.
So many people, when I posted on Instagram, like it was my 75th day and I was done, was like, oh, let me see your before and after photos. And I feel like I could post my before and after photos like physically and show people what my body looked like before and then now.
But I really feel like it's not like a huge drastic change just because I already was like an avid gym goer before I started the challenge. But for me, it was more of a mental thing. Like, it was a mental challenge. Because not drinking for 75 days is a lie. Like, in my adult life, I'm going to be honest, the longest I've ever went without drinking is 40 days.
It was really hard, especially I feel like now our careers and where we're going, we're in a space where we always have to go to events. We always have to mix and mingle. We always have to be social. And I ain't going to lie. I don't have no friends around me that don't drink. Everybody drinks. So it's definitely a challenge to be in these spaces and places and not...
succumb to wanting to have a drink plus life be life and we all know life being hard is f-u-c-k a lot of the time and it's been some things that had happened during my 75 hard challenge where I really wanted to go have a drink but I was like no girl you have a goal you made a commitment you're making a sacrifice and I really am a person who I feel like God rewards you when you be obedient

Chapter 3: How have the hosts' lifestyles and priorities changed since their 20s?
For sure. So I applaud you for that, my sister. Thank you. And me, along with the poor crew, we are very proud of you. You know what I'm saying? And that's something that I think, you know, 75 hard? Will I try 75 hard? Probably not. Maybe I'll do a 30. Maybe I'll do a 10 hard. You know, I feel like you can do 10. I feel like you have to push yourself. I don't know.
I think that I just always been a person where it's like I really like to push myself because I feel like every time I push myself and I challenge myself, God rewards me on the other side of it. Like I have a lot of amazing things that have happened to me while I've been doing these challenges and stuff too. Like I done got a new career. A lot of good, good upgrades.
2025 is the year of the upgrade. We just upgrading. All we doing is leveling up, continuously leveling up. And I do feel like if you want to level up in life, you have to make sacrifices. Yeah, I agree. You know what I mean? So I'm all about sacrificing for the greater, the greater good.
Mm-hmm. Okay, period. All right, we're going to get into these topics. Mm-hmm. So speaking of, you know, we in our 30s. We are in our 30s. We like deep in our 30s now. You know what I'm saying? Like, we're not in our early 20s no more. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. We in our 30s.
It's not like, oh, we just turned 30 and we're just trying to figure out things. Like, we're in our 30s. Mm-hmm. So with this topic today, we're going to talk about shit that was cute in our 20s, but not anymore. Because sometimes I give people a pass for even in their late 20s or their early 30s, because I'm like, a lot of shit changed for me when I turned 30. Yeah.
But who I was at 30 is not the same woman that I am at 35.
Mm-hmm. Or even was at 34. Mm-hmm.
So, I want, we gonna talk today about, like, shit that was cute in your 20s, but you can't, you don't get a slide no more. Mm, okay. You don't get a pass. So, what's something that you used to do in your 20s that honestly kind of made you cringe? It's a lot of stuff. Where do I begin? Where do I begin? I did a lot of cringy things in my 20s for sure.
I feel like, number one, some of my fashion choices. Some of the stuff that I used to wear, I be looking back and I be like, ew, can't believe I wore that. Because I think that as you get older, you got to be like... Class can't be bought. You know what I mean? You can't buy class. You either have it or you don't. It's something that you can learn, but it can't be bought.

Chapter 4: What were the experiences and culture of working and partying in clubs in their 20s?
I'm Dre Nicole. And I'm Lex P. And together we are Travel Queens. From Charleston to the streets of Cartagena, we're eating good. That's up our alley. Drinking good. Cheers. And experiencing the beauty of different cultures. Cheers. It's gonna be fun. So we're taking you to incredible destinations with a special focus on the black experience. Two queens. One glow. Endless possibilities.
Travel Queens. Series premiere Wednesday, April 23rd at 8 on V. There's gonna be like a thing on Twitter and they'll be like hashtag team no sleep. We getting it all night. We up. We working. Y'all.
Hashtag workflow. Yeah. Y'all too young to know about the workflow. Workflow.
Like, oh, we up and we grinding.
Yeah.
We was grinding.
It's like, but that's not... Because I'm out here grinding. Remember that song? Wasn't that DJ Khaled? Sheesh. No, for real. But we was out here grinding. But that's what I'm saying. Overworking yourself is the stupidest shit ever. It is. I'm all about working smarter and not harder. Like, that over... So, that was a great point, Ty. We actually talked about this the other day. Wait.
What we talking about? We talk about a lot of things. I know, but I hate this. And I don't care what y'all say. Because I used to do this in my 20s, in my early 20s. And this is embarrassing for me to admit, but I'm being real right now. What? Sleeping in your makeup. Oh. And you be thinking you can wake up and maybe like touch it up and it's okay.
I'm telling you right now, as a skincare girly, I love skincare. I'm super into my skincare. and a makeup girlie, I can tell if your makeup is from yesterday. I don't care how much you freshen it up. I don't care what beauty blender you got, what brushes you got. I don't care if you got Charlotte Tilbury, Patrick Starr, whoever, whatever, Patrick Todd, whatever. I'm sorry, I said Patrick Starr.

Chapter 5: How do the hosts perceive aging and changes in their relationship with their bodies?
Bitch, what? Back in the day, you see, right, though, they would do it in private. The only way people would know you come out, you got a little... Oh, my God. No, listen, because that was a... Like, when the black girls started doing it, it was like, oh, my God. So when we used to be at Dreams, like, it was like, oh, let me look out for you type shit. Like, it was so...
down low because it was like, oh, my God. She do cold? Yes. It was like, oh, my God.
It was.
It was such a big deal. But nowadays, it's like, oh, you got a pill, bitch. Yeah. And they be like that, too. Oh, you got a pill? You... What you got that thang on you? And they be like, they be doing it out in the open. Like, baby, we was ladies back then.
We were ladies. We were ladies.
And I'm not going to lie. Personally, I was always too afraid to try coke. Like, I just was always scared of what it would do to me. So I never tried it. But I did, you know, I popped a little. A little molly. Popped a molly.
I'm sweating. Woo!
Definitely. But it was the influence.
It was the influence.

Chapter 6: What are the hosts' thoughts on beauty standards and self-care as they age?
Chapter 7: How do the hosts reflect on their personal growth and goals for their 30s?
It's not like, oh, we just turned 30 and we're just trying to figure out things. Like, we're in our 30s. Mm-hmm. So with this topic today, we're going to talk about shit that was cute in our 20s, but not anymore. Because sometimes I give people a pass for even in their late 20s or their early 30s, because I'm like, a lot of shit changed for me when I turned 30. Yeah.

It's something that you can learn, but it can't be bought.
And I feel like when I was younger, the type of woman that I know deep down inside that I always wanted to be, I feel like I didn't present myself in the way that I really wanted to be addressed. And I think that had a lot to do with, like, wardrobe choices. Like, it's just certain stuff I just be like, yeah, I would never wear that now.
Like, a whole bunch of see-through stuff, a whole bunch of... really short stuff with your butt hanging out. Like, I don't know.
And it's nothing wrong. If that's certain people's style, that's cool. But I think that for me, I just have, like, a certain life in mind that I want. And I think that that just, certain aesthetics just doesn't attract the type of people or men that I think that I want to attract. Okay. The future me. Okay.
Um, I think for me, one thing that I used to do in my 20s that I definitely don't do anymore, because I know I joke a lot, because, you know, I like to get my drink on, but honestly, I used to drink every day in my 20s. Like, every day. It was like, wake up, where the party at? Where the happy hour at? Where we going to eat dinner? And where are the drinks at?

Chapter 8: What are some memorable celebrity and club experiences shared by the hosts?
It's the tequila.
This is unbelievable to me, literally. I cannot believe that y'all are not washing y'all face every day. Yep, yep. You have to wipe that makeup off. You're going to get in your pores. You're going to end up getting blackheads. And maybe because when I was younger, I really started getting into makeup when I got older.
Like, I feel like when I got into, like, what, my, like, mid to late 20s, I started really kind of getting into makeup. So, like, when I was in my early 20s, I used to be washing my face every day. But I thought that's what is the norm. No, girl. When we was at Dreams, I'm telling you, we used to literally, like... No, that's crazy.
No, yeah.
That's why it's problematic. But I think the lifestyle that we lived, working at Dreams, because like I said, Dreams was like the poppin' strip club. If you was not there living it, it's hard to explain. Yeah. Because it was me, Jazz, my girl, Kiara. We literally used to leave the club 6, 7 o'clock in the morning.
We would always go stay at one of our apartments, whoever was closest, and whoever wasn't drunk, they could drive. And, like I said, by the time I laid my head down, I had to get back up because I was in school and I had another job. So, like I said, I used to have to decide, do you want to wash your face and go to work with no makeup on or do you want to get some rest? I'm 23 years old.
I'm going to sleep, bitch. Like I said, it's not something I'm like, oh, yeah, that's what... But, bitch, that's what the fuck it was. You had to, yeah. And we wasn't living in a time where, you know... Cute. But you're so cute without makeup. I feel like you would have been okay. No, 23-year-old me didn't know that, though. Because 23-year-old me didn't see that.
I didn't see girls showing up to the club with no makeup on, with lip gloss on, looking cute. We saw the black chinas with the middle part bust down, with the lashes on. That's what we saw. So we had to look like that. Because this was the era of the girls, the bartenders had to start looking like the dancers. Y'all didn't live that era.
Yeah.
