It's a performance-driven optimization, like to deliver the best possible compute, this is the way to go.
But as you go up in power, you need to go up in voltage.
Otherwise, you're just like, the copper consumption is nuts.
You can't fit that amount of copper in the rack volume.
It just doesn't work.
And I think, you know, it's the same reason why when a Cybertruck is charging at 500 kilowatts, it's doing that at 800 volts.
You know, not like a Model 3 at 400 volts.
400 volts AC.
Yeah, yeah.
And so that change happened in EVs.
It's happening here.
And, like, it's just straight physics.
Like, the loss in a conductor is I squared R. So I to the I squared, right?
So if you can...
If you want to double the current, you're quadrupling the loss.
So if you don't do anything, if you keep the voltage the same and you want to double the power in a rack, you basically need to make the conductor four times bigger.
And eventually you can't do that.
But if you go up in voltage from 54 to 800, like NVIDIA and Google and Microsoft are talking about with ICP,
um, you can double, you can increase the power at the, at the, with the same conductor, the same copper, you can do almost 20 times the power.
And so that's, that's, that's why this is happening.
