And the simple way to think about how regulated monopolies, that's what the utilities are, the way they work, right, is they have their costs to maintain the grid, expand the grid, and then they divide those costs by the kilowatt hours they deliver.
And the data center is like the ideal client client because for the cost of their infrastructure, they use more kilowatt hours per kilowatt than anybody else.
Yeah, and with FERC, you know, encouraging flexibility and, you know, bidirectional power flows.
Yeah, then the data centers can actually support the grid even in other times.
Reinforcing that grid.
Yeah, exactly, reinforcing it.
So I see data centers as a net rate reducer.

if we make it possible to continue to add as much energy as we need.
And that's part of what, you know, like I was just in D.C.
actually meeting with some senators and representatives about a permitting package that's currently working its way through to make it easier to build infrastructure like energy infrastructure and data centers for that matter.
There's plenty of energy in the United States.
We're blessed.
Natural gas, tons of wind, tons of solar, lots of land to land those things, you know, and we don't need a lot of land.
I mean, you need like tiny amounts of land to actually generate the amount of energy required.
And one of the things that may make it hard to sort of match demand and supply is actually the permitting process.
And it's not to say that we want to build
a plant that's less safe or that pollutes more or that does more damages to, you know, turtles or anything like that.
Nothing like that.
It's more right now you go through and there might be seven or 10 times along the project lifecycle where somebody can say no, you know, and every single time somebody says no, there's an appeal or whatever, you got to go through that whole process.
