Last year I had five different people run my grain cart for me.

So it's like there's a lot of difference when you're sitting in the combine seat of every operator that's there.

And you want to get them to the same level.

But that's pretty hard to do when it's harvest time and you're ready to go.

And you can give them 20 minutes of training and it's not always enough.

The guy I had last year, very new to it.

Did fine initially.

We did a couple runs on some empty wagons and cut it loose.

Well, as soon as he got comfortable, we have a tractor, 1,000-bushel grain cart, pulls away, pulled away quick.

Well, what happens when you pull away quick on a two-track tractor?

Well, the ass end of the grain cart, yeah, it whips around, and it got really close.

That was probably the fourth load he grabbed.

Hey, really close is better than actually touching.

That's almost like professional level stuff there.

And it's hard to explain through a radio comm sometimes because never ran that tractor before, never ran a grain cart before.

So just that moment was like, gosh, you know, if we could just get some people with the best basic level of training and hands-on experience.

I think we'd be in good shape.

Outside of Aurora, Iowa.

And I'm kind of drawn like a 25-mile radius around us.

So year one for me for this is we're going to figure out what works best
