And that's just what you had as kids, right?
Oh, yeah.
I didn't think twice about it.
And if it was put in front of me, we had to eat it.
I didn't come from much money.
I mean, we felt that we had everything we needed.
And our parents made us feel that way.
And everyone around me was in kind of a similar situation growing up.
But, yeah, if it was ever put in front of you, you had to eat it.
Your parents did what for a living?
My dad, growing up, worked in a fire surround company where they sold just a bunch of different furniture and the likes.
And it eventually closed down and now works in a prison and runs their canteen.
Scottish prisons, especially the private prisons, sound like paradise, to be honest.
Listening to him, it doesn't even sound like prison.
And my mother, by the time we were born, she actually was born with a very rare, she wasn't born with a condition, she developed a very rare condition in her early 20s.
It's more common these days, cerebellum ataxia, where basically the balanced portion of her brain died, and it happened in her early 20s, I mean, actually in her late teens, exactly, but...
You know, she had a regular job.
She'd left school.
