I mentioned earlier
you have a unique role in the healthcare ecosystem.
And I'm just kind of wondering, as you take a short but also a long-term view, where do you see opportunity for deeper collaboration among organizations like Sincora and other players in the ecosystem, whether that be payers or health systems or manufacturers?
I want to shift, Bob, if I could, to the topic of leadership more broadly.
You've worn many hats as a leader in the industry.
You started as a pharmacist as well as a health economist.
And I'm just curious, how have these perspectives influenced your leadership philosophy and your approach now as the CEO of one of the largest health organizations in the world?
That's great.
It's great.
And that relates, Bob, maybe to a related question I wanted to get your opinion on, which is, you know, what personal experiences do you draw upon, especially in the current macro environment, which let's be honest, it's complicated.
There's a lot of uncertainty.
whether that's geopolitical or otherwise.
And I just would love to understand how you draw upon your personal experiences to help you navigate personally, but also the large organization that is SYNCORA.
I wanted to shift, if I could, now to the patient, which you've talked already a lot about.
But I know
for you personally and for the organization as a whole, patient stories are just critical to how you approach your day-to-day.
And I just would love for our listeners to hear, how does hearing directly from patients motivate you, influence the way you think about Sincora's responsibility in healthcare?
I often say healthcare, there's a lot of technology, there's a lot of AI, digital, all the things we talked about at the beginning of this discussion, Bob.
But at the end of the day,
It's usually a person taking care of a person often at their most vulnerable moment, like you described with those cancer patients.
