What are some of the critical values or principles that guide you personally as you lead Sankora into the future?

As you mentioned, I knew your predecessor well, Steve, who was a great leader.

And certainly one of the highlights was working with both of you, but with you in particular, Bob, as you transitioned into the CEO role.

And I know from our work together that you're a big believer in our CEO excellence approach, which we've written some books about and the like.

And

I would just love to hear, if you don't mind, a little bit of how the CEO excellence research and work that we've done has helped you personally or how you take it into the transition or as you've approached your first year as CEO.

I know you're still relatively early into your CEO tenure, and it's a little bit strange to talk about legacy given that, but I'm going to ask you about it anyway.

As you look to your future and Sankora's future in the industry, what's the legacy you hope to leave?

I knew it was an unfair question, but you answered it beautifully.

And Bob, knowing you personally and the organization, I have so much respect for Sincora and what you all have built together.
