That's according to a race call from the Associated Press.

Under California's unusual primary rules, the former state attorney general and U.S.

health secretary will face the second highest vote getter.

Former Fox News commentator Steve Hilton is currently in the second position.

The Dow lost 695 points, down almost 1.5%.

The tech-heavy Nasdaq dropped 1,100 points.
