It was a no-brainer to carry three, you know, coaching at college.
Every Monday we had all three goalies out doing goalie stuff, and they loved it because they got to talk, stop, they got to hang out with one another, and they thoroughly enjoyed it.

It just needs personalities to all gel together and everyone pulling on the same rope type of thing.

He's got to worry about just stopping pucks and giving his team a chance to win.
And it takes some time.
It takes guys time to mature into having that mental ability.
