And he not only told us what was possible, he told us how to do it and that it would happen.

Not maybe would happen, would happen.

So if you know that you know when you approach a situation, why in the world would you have fear, anxiety, or worry about how it's going to work out?

And so over a period of about a year or two, we saw answers.

We saw miracles.

We saw things that couldn't happen.

And when it did happen...

This transformation, the governor of the state of Texas came to Dalhart, and this was the comment he said.

He said, this is the largest single rural development project in the history of the United States.

And it was put together because somebody asked the question, I know it's impossible, but if it could be done, how could we do it?
