It was just complete nonsense.
And I often β I'm not being critical of any of the leaders because I was supposedly one of them.
And I pushed back as hard as I possibly could.
But, you know, I was the last man in the leadership group.
I didn't want to be in it.
Because if you don't, it's either buy in or it's like, well, you can't really be here if you're not going to buy in.
Well, everyone did the same, you know, ritual on a harness.
You got to get to a rope and you got to cut it.
It sounds pretty straightforward, but it's more the verbal stuff there.
And, you know, the way I didn't β I was raised by my grandmother, not my parents.
And there were things that we all sort of said, look, I'm happy for you to β not attack me.
I'm happy for you to give me feedback as a player.
Yeah.
Or as a teammate, am I too cold?
Do I not get around?
But don't go after certain things.
And then straight away, they're almost the first things that come out.
And you think, well, hang on, that's not right.
So I was the first one to stand up.
Because Don Pike, in his defense, he went in as blind as we did.
