I think it could be tremendous.

People could be like, man, we've just been doing this whole thing wrong and we really need to reset.

or it could descend into tyranny and despotism and all that sort of thing.

I just don't know what the answer to it is, but I think the opportunity is there.

And that's why when I go back to talking about the United States, I used to buy into the story.

I don't buy into the story anymore, but it doesn't mean that I think this is a terrible place or that the Constitution isn't a great function.
