Sometimes, and I have done this a million times, so I say this from experience, we'll make things a lot harder than they actually are or need to be.

So we need to really keep in mind that sometimes things are a lot easier than they appear.

But look,

If you see all these other people getting results and you're not, these are layers and steps on why you may not be getting yours.

Just understand that every single person is different.

We're wired different.

We have different needs, necessities, conditions, allergies, lives, ages, backgrounds, you name it.

There's differences amongst everybody.

That's the beauty of God's creation.

But it also means that you have to do you and learn you.

So just because I sit up here and give you protocols or somebody else or the...

King or queen of peptides or supplements or whatever gives you some sort of breakdown doesn't necessarily mean it's going to work for you.

It should, but it's not a guarantee.

Just keep that in mind.

God is the guarantee that we have, right?

But other things, they're not always guaranteed.

And you have to be willing to learn.

You got to be willing to understand that life is trial and error.

And so is all of these things that we're doing.
