1,500, 1,600 calories a day is all I was eating for years.
I'm burning 4,000.
You're doing this long endurance.
Oh, yeah.
So I went in one day and I said, okay, I can't live like this anymore.
I'm going to try all this shit I tell you I don't like.
Salmon, avocados, we're going to Whole Foods, pounds of meat.
And then I started going down the line.
