Lots of our clients have employee share schemes or options that get vested at a date in time where their companies go through rounds of funding or even go public in some cases, and all of a sudden they've got quite a considerable amount of money that

you know, they didn't necessarily think that they might have, but it's become a reality and making the right decisions when you get that and not just either spending it all or chucking it all away and not knowing what to do with it.
