So we did have several of those.

First, we'll start with decisions.

We did have item number eight, which is actually a withdrawal of the petition.

Item number nine, 2025-135 by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority.

That's a decision deferring to May 18th, as well as item number 12, 2025-086, Pence Road Development LLC, also deferring their decision to May 18th.

Item 14, 2025-027, Mission City Church and Freedom Communities requesting a deferral of their public hearing to May 18th.

Item 15, 2025-120 by American Tower Asset deferring their hearing to May 18th.

And item number 16, 2024-143 by Panorama Development LLC also requesting a deferral of their hearing
