Approximately 5.05 acres located south of WT Harris Boulevard, east of West sugar Creek road and north of Brookstone drive in council district to Mr. Graham's district, current zoning, uh, inst CD institutional conditional proposed zoning into BCD neighborhood to be conditional zoning committee votes six, nothing to approve staff recommends approval of this petition.
So this is another one where we've had changes and therefore we need to see whether it has to go back to zoning committee.
