we would welcome single-family development.

In 2016, there was another petition to change this from N1 to N2, and that was unanimously defeated.

That petition was unanimously denied by the City Council at the time.

This proposal is,

nearly identical, substantially similar to that proposal.

And I hope that when you examine it, you may reach the same conclusion.

I think this developer bought the properties at a good price from the developer who failed to get them up zoned.

And when we moved to our house three years ago, my wife and I wondered what might go in here.

We looked at the website for Kyle Short.

And if you look at it today, I believe it still says...

There are five to ten single-family homes planned to go in here.

When we asked them December 6th whether that was being considered, they said it's not being considered at all.

I hope this developer has their petition denied, and I hope they sell it to someone who will build single-family homes or he decides to build single-family homes.
