there's something to, obviously the physical exercise, the spirituality, you referenced the music, doing the Rubik's Cube, it's doing something for our neurons and our brains.
And I think it helps lead to creativity.

Well, you got to do a bunch of different things.

you would recommend people sort of, uh, hone in on if they want to be doing something amazing like you are with Lumini, like what are, what are one or two things that have really helped you be successful?
Yeah, that is a huge lesson I wish more leaders have comprehended, you know, because it is true.
It's okay to be vulnerable and be human because you do, you are authentic.
