So we expanded our lines of mustard and horseradish sauces, which you can buy either online or in King Soopers and Safeways and City Markets in Colorado. But I wanted to create a healthy snack for everybody. I have four boys.

My wife, Lisa, and I are in cars driving them to practices and games, driving carpool at school. They always are hungry and need something to eat. If kids don't get their sleep or don't eat properly, they're a handful. And something that's easily digestible. I got a couple of kids that have some allergy issues. And so what is gluten-free, non-GMO, healthy, that tastes great?
