It's such a good example, though, of how it is important that...

teams have a united front on it because if Marco hadn't

said things publicly, it would have been quite easy to say, because you can reach for the thing, Gary Anderson always says, if you have the teammates colliding, there's a point where, unless it's just so completely egregiously one individual's fault, you can say, look, this can't happen.

I don't care if it's 50-50, if it's 70-30, this cannot, your job is for this not to happen.

Because you can say with Weber, look, Mark, you know you shouldn't squeeze to that degree.

Because there was nothing wrong specifically with what Mark did, but

But in a team environment, you can argue, look, you need to leave a little bit more.

And if you see him coming back, this needs to be avoided.

You can take it and say, well, it's a 90-10 or whatever.

And you can still say to both of them,

Look, that shouldn't happen.

And Mark Webber might not like it, but at least it's a more controlled thing.

But as soon as you throw in all these other things that are going on, it gets out of control and it gets out into the public sphere as well.

So you lose that control straight away, which is why it's so important to manage these things properly.

And it's really hard.
