In the 80s, I think even in the 90s during the Clinton administration, there was, it was actually after the end of the Soviet Union, I think it was Russia during the Yeltsin period, their radars picked up that there was an ICBM incoming.

Even going back to when I was in government, whenever you would sort of war game what happens with a war against Iran, you'd be worried that they would close the Strait of Hormuz.
Wouldn't this be so bad?
