The only thing you want to hear is yes.
And you're willing to do a lot to get to yes.
the easiest thing to do is to price it low.
According to Peter, he did that three times.
Who's going to say no if you price it low?
Doubled, quadrupled, octupled, eight times.
We tend to chronically price ourselves low.
Eight times the price that he'd started with.
And here's a great story about a guy who created a company called Segment that was purchased for a huge amount of money.
And now they started to get pushback, but they still won more than they lost.
And I think that's the thing.
