Have you done anything in regards to, yes, you're 53, but what is your, is it your heart or your body when they do this?

I hear people talk about it.

Oh, I'm 50, but my heart is 40.

The only thing I had to do before I was 50, but generally you have to do it in your early 50s is your prostate exam.

And that happened when I got my AFib issue.

And I went through that whole health issue.

And of course, it was the only health issue I had was my electrical AFib issue.

Everything else was perfectly fine.

But because I don't have any health history, the doctor decided, let's just stick my finger up your ass to see if you're okay.

And it was the most awkward, awkward, awkward situation.

Like, oh my God, I'm really letting this happen.

It's like, really?

I'm taking it up the ass for what?

Why?

But it was quick.

It was quick.

It was almost like the doctor didn't want to do it either.

He just went and pulled it out real quick like it never happened.

But I do recommend it because Dr. Dubrow, my friend Terry Dubrow, says it's the easiest exam you can do to catch lethal cancer.

So it's definitely worth the embarrassment or the ego thing that happens when some other guy sticks their finger up your ass.
