They're not like a superhuman bodybuilder, you know, it's like they're in shape, they're fit, they're healthy, and they have their own health challenges as well.
But they're moving, they're living, they're doing fun stuff.
And that's my inspiration.
You know, I am.
Yeah.
trying to stay as healthy as possible so that I could emulate their life.
And, you know, every time I, I think I told you this before, every time I'm out there, I'm thinking, I'm always asking, who's the oldest guy, you know, in this world of, you know, uh, Enduro and, and, and dirt bikes.
And the oldest guys that I, that I heard that rides is 80 years old.
He doesn't do anything crazy like we do now, but he's still on a motorcycle at 80 years old.
So.
That's my why.
That's my motivation.
Every time I exercise, that's what I think about to keep me motivated, because I don't want to just disintegrate and sit on a couch and do nothing.
No, you got to move around and continue to grow.
I mean, that's what keeps you young, right?
I think, you know, what I started doing, too, is I started...
As you know, I love my HIIT workouts, right?
The high intensity workouts.
But like, I've taken it down a bit just because I'm like, I could still get the same results and I want to be able to walk when I'm 70.
