So I saw the video wave coming, working from a digital publication into digital at home video was that next wave.
And I needed that experience.
So I went and I learned everything that I could about the video space and online.

I wasn't part of those negotiations or those tactics, but I would believe that with Ustream's new business model being SaaS-oriented and trying to grow that business, IBM is the perfect partner to take them to that next level.
So that's why they did it.

I don't know what was flawed with it.
Um, as, as a media company, it was fantastic.
You know, 80 million unique visitors a month.
Um, you look at that and Twitch and they're, they were side by side.
I think the direction to go SAS and growing that monthly reoccurring revenue, um, was just in the beginning of phases.
IBM saw an opportunity and said, let's jump on this.
