You don't want it to pay for 20 crates of toilet paper to come in all of a sudden.

So you do need a human in the loop to check for these things.

And that's in several industries.

If you search human in the loop manager,

you will see that that will turn up.

And that might not be just the GM that does it.

It might be shared responsibility amongst people across the ranks and in hospitality, which could be quite interesting.

But what I see is that there's going to be a race of hotel tech companies to be able to do everything that Hotelier does.

But I think this will take time because the ownership...

And decision-making in hotels varies across the board.

Sometimes it's owner-managed.

Otherwise, there's leases to operators.

Just that alone changes the dynamics of who decides when is the right time and the budget of taking on new systems.

So, I mean, it's anyone's guess of what the future looks like, but that's my thought.

If you want to attract and retain the best talent...

Being human, setting expectations, and not sugarcoating the job will put you in the right direction.

That's what I would say.

When I mean being human, don't rely too much on AI because you will have some people who might fall through the cracks and you might miss that gem.

And it is worth the time and effort.
