For them to adopt new one, it takes them a lot of money.

So that's why in countries they skip some iterations of technology just because they were never able to adopt it.

That's why they're doing huge jobs.

So for example, something as simple, more than fifty sticks.

ADSL, Cable, and now we have satellite, right?

Some people run from fifty six straight to cable.

They didn't have all these other iterations just because for them to change the whole infrastructure was so costly, so they waste trade.

And now some people go from cheap eight cell straight to satellite.

Because they're like, why would I adopt that infrastructure?

So here one countries have a problem that they adopt everything.

They have the cash, they have the knowledge, the talent.
