They understand when it happened.
And what not.
The beauty behind all of that is the call of smart contract.

So the transaction can interact and deploy a bunch of other functions.
The thing with blockchain is that everybody 24-7 can access the state point of data of information and transact against that.
So you don't have to go to the bank and say, Hey bag, I'm gonna send you 100 euros that you have to do all of these things for you to land into the client's account.

Your hundred dollars right now to your wallet to your let's say blockchain bank account and you will receive it because it doesn't have to go through any intermediary or owner of data.
It goes straight to you because we're choosing an open ledger.
So by default, on tokenization, we can embed financial instruments that have interest, dependence, payments, reconciliation, all of these things.
Things become automized.
And the reason why it can become automized and worldwide known is because there's no point of I own this data, I'm not gonna give it to you unless you pay me, which is the whole intermediary section.
