I met Stuart when we were at the Edinburgh Theatre Festival.

I had to get my hair cut and Enda met his Mrs. Jo because she was working box office and Cill met the brilliant Yvonne in Cork.

So it was a beginnings for all of us.

Well, Stuart was living with the head technician at Traverse and I also got on very well with him and I just felt so comfortable.

But as soon as I walked in to get my hair cut, there was a definite electricity that I hadn't experienced before.

And I actually found the little piece of Filofax that I had written my number on for him.

And it's like, it's amazing, really.

You know, we were both so young and I remember dragging Enda back to get his haircut because I needed to actually meet him again, you know.

And Enda got a terrible haircut and wore a hat for the rest of the festival.

Oh, this for me.

So, you know, when the kids are small and they come in, they go, can everybody just be quiet?

We've made up a play.

Yes.

And so our girls were forever doing that or they'd come in wearing literally 40 dresses, you know, to kind of show you how many dresses they could put on.

And there's something inevitably creative about the pair of them.

And Stuart really encouraged that from a tiny age with music videos he'd help them make and all that kind of stuff.

And then one day, Ethel was such a good dancer.

I had her in dance classes on the South Bank.

And I was like, oh, my God, this is amazing.

That's a very prestigious school, isn't it?
