I'll stop the monologue, is the fact that I rather live in a world that has 100 foundation model companies than a world that has five, even if I was one of the five.
And the smallest and most meaningful contribution we can make for 100 to exist is to open up our research and open up like our weights right now and kind of figure out along the way how we can like do more.
is both going to drive progress in the right direction, but the fact that like, you know, we create models and while we all, you know, drink out of the same well of data effectively, we do introduce very different behaviors and biases in our models.
Some are intended biases, some are completely unintended biases.
And if we shape up in an ecosystem in the world where open models are going to be a part of the token economy, like I don't think there's any question about it anymore, then we want to be able to live in a world where companies, countries, people can choose and say, hey, I am most aligned and I trust most this provider for these kind of things.
No, I appreciate it.
Look, I think it's, I think it's actually the most meaningful contribution, right?
Weights are a binary.
Let's call them what they are.
Yes, we can modify them.
We can change them.
But like giving someone the weights does not allow them ultimately to recreate what you're doing.
