And it's just trying to, I mean, insulate yourself against it.
And, you know, for years, and I talked to anybody, and I know some beautiful, stunning, fabulous women in TV, and there's not a pick on them.
And they still, they're perceived as hugely confident, and they're still counting the spoonfuls of yogurt they put into their mouth.
So I don't think, I think for me and for a lot of people,
it was good for a while but now i think it's just it's you just have to get on with you can't let it get you so it's not sure that it's a confidence it's a resignation and it just you build a wall and try and let it bounce off you casey i know you're listening to that what what do you think of that advice yeah because like obviously everything i've said sounds like i don't respond to these people like i have responded i've put out stuff before just but
I block anybody's comments in a negative or any way.
It's not worth engagement on social media to be interacting with these people.
Yes, it might get more clicks and engagement in the long run.
But literally anyone who says anything like that, block, block, block, delete and ignore them because you know what?
I suppose Ireland's a very small place and people don't realise that.
I mean, there's not millions and millions and millions of comments.
