Uh it's not something you develop over time at all.
But the actual scientific name is sensory processing sensitivity.

It's unfortunate that name.
We wish it hadn't happened that way and it just
You know, science.
uh especially psychological science evolves in a certain way and
It is confusing because it's so similar to sensory processing disorder.
One of the main differences is that the trait is just a personality trait.
