And that's one one of the reasons I say
I'm not claiming that we are a transformer model.

What I'm claiming is that the fundamental math, what you just said before, is matrix multiply, is vector times matrix multiply to n next vector, auto-regress, do it again.
Um that's sort of the the level of abstraction at which I think it's it's accurate.
I don't think we're we don't have the whole context.
We don't have the entire conversation we've just had.

And and it's probably a deep inefficiency in the way these models run right now.
They're very computationally expensive.
Too computationally expensive uh to run in a brain, most likely.
We don't store all that information.
We forget stuff, right?
GPT doesn't.
In context, it doesn't forget.
Although if you go far back in context enough, it kind of does, which is interesting.
