Well, what little CCTV they actually had.
I think they had CCTV from maybe one or two entrances.
but it didn't have cameras throughout the park.
But no one on the CCTV footage that they saw entering or leaving the park matched the descriptions.
No one, literally no one recognised these eFit sketches, which was a bit...
So clearly this wasn't gonna help them solve this case and so instead they actually decided to seize boy A's shoes that he was wearing on the night that he was jumped because you know if he kicked him in the head like he said then there's probably some evidence on those shoes.
If the men that jumped him
had committed violent crimes before, like jumping people I suppose, then their DNA would be on the database and then if they took Boy A's shoe that probably had their DNA on it from when he kicked them and they, you know, took that sample and put it in the database, they'd get a match to whoever it was.
So they did that, they took the shoes, they tested them and they actually didn't find anyone.
Police also decided to seize boy A's clothes and boy B's clothes, actually, even though both of their moms had already washed the clothes that they'd worn on that day.
All of these things, the shoes, the clothes, everything was all sent off to the lab for testing.
And it was gonna take a few days to get some results back on that.
And so in the meantime,
The searches for Anna Creagel continued.
By now it was day three of Anna's disappearance and still with no contact from her, she hadn't returned anyone's texts or calls, people were now starting to worry that maybe they weren't gonna find her alive.
Maybe now they should be looking for a body rather than for
living, breathing, and accretional.
And so they started to look in fields and bodies of water in wooded areas.
But then on March 17th, 2018, police came across an abandoned farmhouse in one of the fields that they were searching.
It was called Glenwood House.
