He turned to boy A and said, in your dreams.
In your dreams?
He said, in your dreams, in reference to murdering someone.
In whose dreams?
Who dreams about that?
To be honest, boy B said that he didn't think A was being serious with this at all.
And so he just kind of left the conversation there.
He didn't keep it going.
They never revisited it.
That was kind of,
the only thing he said.
So anyway, Boy B's interview with the police continues and at one point they actually turned to him and said, plain and simply, we know you're lying.
They didn't know what he was lying about though.
That was the frustrating thing.
They didn't know how involved he was in this case.
They just could tell that he wasn't telling them the truth or the whole truth at least.
But police were very patient with him, actually.
They were very gentle because they could tell that he was very nervous.
He was a 13-year-old boy being questioned in a murder investigation, so he was very shy.
And the police were so accommodating with this kid.
