So maybe does that not more sound like an accessory to murder or something like that?
Like, I don't know why he got the full murder charge and was put on trial for murder when there's actually no physical evidence to tie him there.
But anyway, back to the actual trial.
So on one of the first days that everyone was in court, there was quite the bombshell piece of evidence dropped in the mix and no one was expecting this.
Boy A had confessed.
He'd been given a psychiatrist to work with in the run-up to the trial just so that they could assess his mental health and stuff like that.
Turned out that he confessed the whole thing to this psychiatrist in detail
from start to end.
The whole murder.
Boy A said that he started by choking an acrygel and then he saw that big piece of wood with two nails in it and he thought, perfect.
So he grabbed it and started beating her with it.
He ended up dropping that weapon for some reason and instead picked up the concrete block, the second weapon, and started beating her over the head with that.
That was the weapon that he eventually used to murder an acrygel.
Boy A denied all of the sexual assault claims against him, all of his sexual assault charges.
However, remember the autopsy said that penetration was attempted.
So pathologists do believe that he was trying to rape Anna Kriegel that day, but something got in the way.
And so he decided not to actually rape her, but instead to masturbate over her body and then ejaculate onto her T-shirt.
And then he just left.
He left Anna Kreizel's dead body in this abandoned building for days and just went about his life as if nothing had just happened.
So what was boy A gonna do now?
