You don't have the high court of Germany saying, Angela Merkel, your law is wrong.
That's not how it works almost anywhere else.
Our Supreme Court is overpowered when compared to other functional democracies.
And if we ever want to be a functional democracy again, we have to take power away from... USA number one, buddy.
Well, we'll see.
We'll see if Bosnia Herzegovina has anything to say about that today.
But if we ever want to be a functional democracy again, we have to take power away from nine unelected, unaccountable politicians in robes and give that power back to the elected branches.
That's just the only way truly forward, truly out of this situation that we find ourselves in.
