Hey, Mandy, Sterling, and Chris. This is Elisa. I just turned 36 on Saturday. I guess today is Wednesday, the 15th. So on the 11th, I turned 36. And I'm calling this my This Is Us year. Um, my best friend who used to live like 10 minutes from me now live in Louisiana.
Um, several, I live in Texas and so when she was here, we watched this together all the time and I just appreciate the podcast because it helps to connect us and really living all the episodes that we loved. Um, Anyway, I wanted to call in and just say thank you for re-airing that Sid Khosla episode. It's my favorite. It's so very beautiful, beautiful.
And his story to his mother touches me in a very, like, meaningful way. I'm in the process of documenting his family's history through voice recordings. And just the fact that his mother would record lullabies to her son despite The distance between them just means something to me.
I want to leave something to my son and for generations to come so that they can connect with their ancestors through voice. And so I've just been listening to the original score and his song, Evergreen Cassette, on replay since yesterday. And I just wanted to say thank you. And specifically to Mandy, I'm praying for you. Speaking life, hope, joy.
and peace over you and your family as you overcome this disaster that you're experiencing right now. Thank you all so much for what you do. The show is amazing and will forever be the best show on television.
