At the end of the day, everything they're doing is what we call coercive control, coercing you into controlling you through whatever means necessary.

They could love bomb you.

They could pretend to be your best friend.

Whatever means works for you to give up your control over to them.

So there's that.

Right.

But then in addition to that, it's it is about low desire.

esteem and insecurities.

But I want to make it clear, all of us at some point, worse than others, we all have low self-esteem, right?

We all have insecurities.
