So even like last night, I didn't have a huge appetite and
I had what did I make?
I made like a Greek salad with rotisserie chicken in it.
And I knew that I needed to get an additional carb and a little bit of extra protein.
So I made the bonza chickpea pasta and I just kind of forced myself to eat the right portion to just make sure I kept my protein and carbs up.
So there are little things like that that you will figure out as you're doing it.
And you just kind of have to find your little pockets of what you know you can do.
And for me, the bonzo chickpea pasta is a really easy one because you can very clearly track the protein and the carbs on that.
So you just need to find carb sources that work for you, that work with your body.
And you have to just make sure that you're keeping that up if you're not naturally a carb centric person.
Those are all the things really that have mattered the most to me.
And of course, always taking it at the same time once a week and being really intentional about doing that on an empty stomach is very, very important.
I know everyone talks about rotating their injection site all the time.
I'm just either left of belly button or right of belly button.
Left, right.
I don't know.
I've seen people like try to do it under their arms and in their butt and their thighs.
I'm just left of belly button fat or right of belly button fat.
And I just keep it right there.
It's quite a bit easier.
