10 minutes I do P4, 10 minutes on my back I do P5.
I just do the same thing every night.
And usually at least two nights a week, I also am doing dumbbells while I'm on the vibration plate.
That is something I've been able to keep incredibly consistent with.
Which with my lifestyle, consistency is hard to come by.
I'm like, I'll get notified that I have to travel somewhere for a podcast interview.
I don't, it's hard for me to know what I can commit to.
And this routine at night is something I've been able to commit to.
And I, I will say I started this routine simultaneously with starting the Terzapatide.
So I do think that this whole cluster together and being consistent with this whole cluster very much is helping.
I don't think that, you know, the vibration plate and the sauna completely by themselves without the triseptide would have done the whole thing.
But they're all supporting each other.
Like the muscles on my legs look smooth.
There's no more lipedema.
I don't have any of that anymore.
I don't have that like cellulite looking stuff on my stomach.
I look like I'm supposed to look.
I look healthy.
Yeah.
And more importantly, I feel great.
