I literally turn it on.
I get in.
I zip myself up.
And I'm usually in there for about 15 minutes, come out full sweat.
There's ceramic foot panels on the bottom.

tune everything out and just go quiet but if you have to answer something there are hand holes for you to unzip but it goes to full heat immediately and i don't know anything else that does that so that is part of my nighttime routine that is non-negotiable
The other part of my nighttime routine that is non-negotiable is I do the vibration plate for 20 minutes, 10 minutes on P4 and 10 minutes on P5.
And I do this in front of my gigantic tight club red light panel.
The tight club red light panel that we have is amazing and has so many different settings.
I always use the IRFR one and the natural setting on it is for 15 minutes.
So I have to double it right because I'm doing 10 minutes on my front and 10 minutes on my back.
10 minutes I do P4, 10 minutes on my back I do P5.
I just do the same thing every night.
And usually at least two nights a week, I also am doing dumbbells while I'm on the vibration plate.
That is something I've been able to keep incredibly consistent with.
Which with my lifestyle, consistency is hard to come by.
