And I think with change as well, and this is a problem, I think, around some of the communication around the planetary emergency.

I think there's a narrative that change is bad or that we have to stop, you know, buying things.

fast fashion, which can be convenient.

We have to stop going on holiday.

All these things you can't do.

There's this wonderful book and podcast by Dr. Ayanna Johnson, and it's What If We Got It Right?

And so, she's trying to reframe it like, what if the world was more beautiful?

What if our children could recognize birdsong when they walked in the park?

What if the air was cleaner?

What if it's all a hoax and we changed the world and made it so much better for nothing?

So, you know, change has been framed by, I think, sometimes quite strong negative forces as something that's disruptive.

But what if change can be an opportunity?

And how can we feel empowered to embrace that opportunity in our workplaces, in our personal lives?

It doesn't have to be bad.

On the contrary, it can be super exciting.

On that, I think it's really interesting and you use the phrase tree hugger.

I think there is this assumption that if you care about the environment or you're looking to decarbonise your sector, that you are a tree hugger.
